Buster Stowers

Brother Buster is our chief Deacon, Trustee, Assistant SS Director, Treasurer, Bulletin Editor and also teaches our adult Sunday School class. Buster and his wife, Betty have 2 adult children, and several grandchildren/great-grandchildren. Buster was born and raised in Lincoln County WV. Moved to Wharton in 1960s. He was a long time employee of Patriot Coal Company. He retired in 2015 after 47 years of service. Brother Buster served in the US Army from 1966 - 1968. He was saved in June of 1980. Buster is a very faithful servant and we are blessed to have him at WMBC.

David Moore

Brother David serves as Deacon, Trustee, and Sunday School Director. David, his wife Danielle, and their three beautiful children, Easton, Emalyn, and Everlee live in Bald Knob, WV, David is a coal miner. He is also an avid hunter and enjoys watching sports. David was saved in 2015 while driving a rock truck at work. He has grown in the Lord and has been a faithful servant. Sister Danielle was saved as a teenager but rededicated her life to the Lord in the Fall of 2015. She currently teaches Sunday School, ages 7-10, and Wednesday Night Youth Group. She also serves as a church hostess. We are blessed to have this young family at our church.

Jared White

Brother Jared serves as Trustee, Security Officer, and Sunday School Secretary/Treasurer. Jared, his wife Natalie, and their two handsome sons, Owen and Waylon live in Bim, WV. Jared is a certified electrician and works in the coal mines. He is an avid hunter and loves fishing with his boys. Jared was saved in 2016, while underground in the coal mines. He has grown in the Lord and has been a faithful servant. Sister Natalie was saved as a teenager and rededicated her life to the Lord in the summer of 2015. She currently teaches Sunday School, ages 4-6, and Wednesday Night Youth Group. She also serves as a church hostess. We are blessed to have this young family in our church.

Lisa Brown

Sister Lisa serves as Church Clerk, Assistant Youth Director, Sunday school teacher for the Nursery, and secretary for the Women's Ministry. She is a lifelong resident of Greenwood, WV. Lisa has 3 grown daughters, Amanda Podunavac, Danielle Moore, and her husband David, Natalie White, and her husband Jared. She has 7 beautiful grandchildren - Easton, Kami, Emalyn, Owen, Waylon, Aiden, and Everlee. Lisa was saved on July 31, 1974, at the tender age of 8. Lisa rededicated her life to the Lord in April 2016. Lisa and her sister Libby, bless us with their singing talents.

Lynn Osborne Green
Sister Lynn faithfully cleans the church each week and has it ready for Sunday Services. She lives in Bim, with her daughter Maddie. Lynn also helps out with the Nursery Classes on Wednesday night and is always willing to lend a hand when needed. Lynn has 2 grown children, Chris and Tessa (Jesse) and one grandson, Abel.
